This notice explains how Company in Belgium handles the personal data of visitors, enquirers and clients.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is the operator of this site, Brussels Legal Partners S.P.R.L., with its seat at Rue de la Loi 200, 1040 Bruxelles, Belgium. Its registration and VAT details are in the footer of every page. This site is one service of that company: no other group company or brand controls the data described here.

The bases refer to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation.
Who receives your data
- Cloudflare: hosting, the Turnstile check and email routing.
- Resend: sends the email that carries your form submission.
- Stripe: processes card payments.
- NOWPayments: processes crypto payments.
- Google: Analytics 4, only after you consent.
- Microsoft: Clarity, only after you consent.
- Public authorities, where a law requires us to disclose.
We do not sell personal data. Where a recipient handles data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the safeguards of Art. 46 of the Regulation.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as the purpose needs, or as a law requires. Payment records are kept as long as accounting rules require. A copy of an onboarding submission, where one is stored, is kept for 30 days.
When the purpose has ended and no law requires us to keep the data, we delete it. You can also ask for erasure at any time, as set out below.
Your rights

- Have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16).
- Have your data erased (Art. 17).
- Restrict how we use your data (Art. 18).
- Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20).
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21).
- Withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)).
To use any of these rights, write to info@company-in-belgium.com. We answer within one month, the period set by Art. 12(3) of the Regulation.

We update this notice when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and a material change is shown on this page. It sits beside our Terms of Service.
