Who is responsible for this site
This website is operated by Brussels Legal Partners S.P.R.L., Rue de la Loi 200, 1040 Bruxelles, Belgium. The operator decides which cookies and similar technologies the site uses and why, and is responsible for them. You can reach us at info@company-in-belgium.com.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, keep small pieces of data on your device in the same way. This policy covers all of them and treats them alike. Some are needed for the site to work. Others measure how the site is used, and we set those only after you agree.
Cookies and similar technologies we use
Cookies and similar technologies on company-in-belgium.com. Only the consent record is stored before you choose.
| Name or vendor | Purpose | Category | Duration | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Consent choice (browser local storage, key consent) | Remembers whether you accepted or refused analytics, and when you chose | Strictly necessary, no consent needed | Until you clear it or change your choice | This site |
| Google Analytics 4 | Counts visits and shows which pages are read, so we can improve the content | Analytics, consent required | Stated by Google in its cookie documentation | |
| Microsoft Clarity | Records how visitors move through pages, for example clicks and scrolling, to find parts of the site that confuse readers | Analytics, consent required | Stated by Microsoft in its documentation | Microsoft |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Checks that a form is sent by a person and not by a bot | Security, strictly necessary | Set by the verification provider while the form is used | Cloudflare |
How to manage or withdraw your consent
Nothing except the consent record is stored until you choose. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
- Use the banner. On your first visit, choose to accept analytics, refuse it, or open the settings. If you refuse, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded.
- Change your mind at any time. Select "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page to open the banner again and change your choice.
- Use your browser. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary items may stop a form from working.
Third-party services
Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google and Microsoft Clarity by Microsoft. They process the data they collect on our behalf, and that data may be handled outside the European Economic Area. Their own rules describe what they store: see how Google uses cookies and the Microsoft Clarity terms. Neither is loaded if you refuse analytics. Cloudflare provides the form check described above.
